On September 5th, my debit card couldn’t make international purchases due to local laws, so I transferred money to my sister in the US and attempted to use her card. After several attempts, we finally used her credit card, which went through. By September 13th, I had received no notifications from the courier, and I discovered my order was canceled the day before without any communication. I opened a support ticket to inquire about the cancellation. Despite their stated response time, I received no reply for days. After several attempts to reach out, I eventually placed a new order using a different card, but one item was out of stock. Frustrated, I left a negative review. Support finally responded after I expressed my dissatisfaction, but their excuses about fraud detection seemed inadequate. Overall, the experience has left me feeling disregarded as a customer. I would caution anyone who is not in a first-world country to think twice before ordering, as any issues may leave you without support.
