I ordered a set of keycaps from Cool Shirtz, and because of shipping issues and the item being stuck in customs, I never did receive the keycaps. This was majorly due to the tariffs and shipping issues in the US. I reached out about my item never arriving to the states, and Amy sent me a reply fast, and even sent the item back out for a second try. Never did receive the keycaps (which is a huge shame), but Amy and her team did the best they could to solve the issue and were incredibly kind throughout the process. If you order from the U.S., be warned about slow shipping/shipping issues, but the team is very responsive and kind.
