The clothing is clearly made well, with thick, dense, soft fabric, the designs are solid and don't fall apart even when they're not embroidered, and the styles available are so interesting all the time-i splurge on a shirt a couple times a year, hehe. For what it is, these fantastic shirts are priced similarly to other online boutiques and imo are by far the best I've found at the $30-50 price point. Last month I had a bizarre hold up at US customs on one of the last shirts of a new style, so I reached out to customer service-they promptly responded and offered to send it out again with no cost to me, and if that didn't work out, they'd just refund my money! I'm grateful for customer service agents that you can get to and speak with with relative ease (rather unlike the increasing number of companies handing the job to the robot). I just can't get over these designs-so creative and campy and cute but with a real dark edge sometimes. One of my fave clothing shops on the Internet!(Seriously, I cannot emphasize enough how smooth and prompt the customer service process went. That might be the best part of my order, which is saying something considering how sick my shirt is lol)
