I have made four purchases from this company but the way I saw this company changed with my fourth purchase. I had bought a limited time hoodie. I unfortunately ordered it in the wrong size. I E-mailed customer support and waited for them to get back to me. I eventually got my correct size with the secondary purchase. I was also refunded my money for the incorrect sized hoodie. The process was easy and stress free. The customer support was very nice and gave me plenty of options on what to do. I love the quality of the tee's and hoodie that I have and I have not had a bad experience with this company.
