Royal Mail did a half assed job at delivering my Cool Shirtz, leaving them hanging off my my letter box, so obviously someone stole them( can’t blame them as it was a very attractive packaging) got in touch with the customer care team and Amy saved the day, and I’ve got my order on its way to me and I shall not let Royal Mail shit on my happiness again!
