I have been a fan and customer of Cool Shirtz for the longest time. Every piece I have purchased has been top quality and never had any issues whatsoever, apart from recently. One of my hoodies was deteriorating when washing (I follow the washing instructions meticulously as I love the pieces I have and want them to lastForever!) so I reached out to Cool Shirtz to inform them of this, and see if it was a reoccurring issue, or I just got unlucky. I was put in contact with Amy, who resolved my issue within a matter of hours and I cannot thank her enough for going above and beyond to help me.
