Great customer service.I ordered the Microplastics T-Shirt from this site however upon opening my package it seems Cool Shirtz had messed up my order.I let them know about this discrepancy and Amy was very quick to reply asking for a photo of the shirt I recieved.Upon providing this picture, Amy immediately apologised and placed a new order for the Microplastics tee for free, and told me I was able to also keep the incorrect one that was sent to me.Will be buying from here again, thank you for fixing the order hastily.
