It's kinda long but if you don't live in Australia, worth reading I suppose. I wish that I could give them more stars because I love Cold Ones (I've watched Max and Chad since the beginning of their puking journey) and their clothing is awesome, but I was pretty disappointed with the Customer Service. I live in the U.S. and I never got my shirts or sweater - which aren't cheap - because my items were stolen. Over seas items still go in plastic bags, which easily can be ripped open. There's absolutely no accountability. I reached out their CS and told them what happened, asked what could be done, could I get a refund or a discount or items, etc. I even told them I was willing to buy items again if they could put it in a box instead, ha. Then I went back to the CS page and saw at the very bottom (sadly) that if things were stolen and out of the country, that I had to report it to my service in the states and they weren't going to refund me or do anything about So I sent Cool Shirtz another message back and said my apologies, I didn't scroll all the way down, etc. I understand you can't help unfortunately. I didn't even get a reply back from someone acknowledging that this even happened to me. I've worked in Customer Service pretty much my entire career and if someone sent me anything with an issue with the product of any kind, I would respond regardless. At least my condolences for the incident and the inability to get their product. Maybe instructions of what to do next? I spent roughly 200 dollars that I was SO excited to get. I would say that this warrants something... at all... And that money (that I was supporting a smaller company with) was wasted because I didn't get a refund and the USPS is definitely not going to give me any money back. They could respond to the USPS inquiry about my items and report it, but don't seem to care about the customer who had the issue in the first place. My experience was ruined, thus I'll never buy here again. Bad cs. I suggest that if you are out of the country, don't do it. There's no protection of your items and the struggle of having to deal with your post office isn't worth it. And of course, you won't be recognized for the unfortunate circumstance, which honestly is really sad after reading all the other comments about their awesome clothing and service. Wish I had my Death sweater and cute cat with a hurt tummy shirt. :(
