Wow! What a great company! You can always judge a company better on how they handle a situation when things go wrong.In November 2022 I ordered a hoodie that my son NEEDED 🙄The website is easy to navigate with many payment options, my item was dispatched the next day via Australia Post and tracked.I followed my eagerly awaited parcel from Australia to Heathrow, where the parcel was handed to Royal F̷Mail as acknowledged by both postal services. Allowing for Christmas and strikes I didn't pursue the parcel until January, at this time Royal Mail confirmed the parcel was still at Heathrow. By the end of January I still had not received the parcel, I contacted Coolshirtz who just requested a copy of an email from Royal Mail confirming the parcel was lost, simple right? Apparently not because 'Royal Mail had not lost the parcel they just couldn't locate it' 😒I contacted Coolshirtz once more, attaching relevant emails and screen shots of tracking asking what I could do next? I received an email straight away from Coolshirtz advising me not to worry they would claim through their courier who would then claim from Royal Mail (good luck with that!) And they sent a replacement hoodie that day! I have now received the hoodie and the quality is amazing! I can now see why my son wanted to buy from Coolshirtz and I will definitely be placing more orders, safe in the knowledge that if there is a problem it will be sorted out.I definitely recommend Coolshirtz who could not have been more helpful and supportive.
