I ordered some hurt hoodies for pre order me and my friends and was very happy with the result when they came. The quality and comfort of the hoodies is lovely. However I ordered 3 large and one medium but was sent 4 large instead. I reached out to the customer service department and they quickly sent me a medium at no extra cost (and they paid for shipping) and let me keep the extra large as a gesture of good will. The medium came in good time considering I'm in England and is the same quality as the others I received. Overall I had a great experience with cool shirtz and will be ordering again
