Edit: i contacted customer support and Sarah helped me, they even explained the issue with the shirt which helps but I’m still a little upset I can’t get a proper Deadsoft long sleeve. I love coolshirtz prints and their designs and I’ve been relatively happy until my last order. It was the Deadsoft long sleeve tee, I waited for it to restock and immediately I noticed the fabric wasn’t the same as the other shirts I bought, there was a small cut in the bottom but I didn’t mind sewing a little patch, annoying but it was fine until I put it on and the whole damn sleeve came off. Never been so dissatisfied in the brand I wear almost everyday. Just be weary when ordering from coolshirtz. Not too sure what happened here or why my shirt had a cut in it to begin with but do better. Everything else I’ve gotten is extremely high quality and now I’m just afraid of washing my brand new shirt bc I don’t want it to fall apart.
