Had a pre-order for CO merch for about half a year. Ask them for an update and they ensure me that I would be getting my order, it’s just taking a while to ship all the orders…whateverCome March they say I’m not gonna be getting my pre-order. Saying human error was a part of it, obviously. Ensure me I’ll get it in probably 5 more months or so. I quickly requested a refundWanted to support some of my favorite creators but was sorely disappointed when CS absolutely ruined my order
