We prepaid $300 USD for a 12-month 5GB server, and it has been a nightmare from day one.Here are the facts:Unusable Performance: Despite paying for a 5GB server that should easily handle 12+ players with mods, it crashes and lags with only 2 players online. It is technically impossible to use for a community.Technical Failure (25% Idle Usage): The server hardware is either ancient or extremely oversold. The CPU stays at 25% usage while idle (with zero players online). This leaves no resources for actual gameplay.Zero Flexibility: We initially made a mistake during purchase (Java vs. Bedrock). Shockbyte offered zero assistance or flexibility to fix this simple error. We had to struggle through it ourselves, only to find the hardware is garbage anyway.Non-existent Support: It has been 4 days since we opened a ticket. All we get are automated 'we will get back to you' messages. They refuse to fix the performance and refuse to refund the 12 months we paid for.They take your money and hide their hardware specifications for a reason: because they don't deliver what they promise. This is a total scam. Save your money and find a provider that actually cares about their customers!
