Im hosting a minecraft server with them for almost 3 years. Its been a while since playing so i tried restarting my server but goes through a "waking up" process. Mine got stuck on it and im unable to use the control panel or anything else. Ive opened 3 tickets about this and ive been met with replies that didn't even read my issue and look automated. Its been 4 days and still nothing for help. The email i got from them says my ticket priority is low. it feels like they don't even care about it.
