I have so far purchased 3 pairs of the low rider black shoes for my 3 daughters who work part time in McDonald’s and they say they are very comfy. The shoes come with a plastic scraper so that you can scrape the ground in food from the tread.I have also on the past had to contact customer service and the lady was very helpful
