I paid for the 2024 calendar with standard shipping december 10'th but never recieved it... After noticing the Kurzgesagt costumer service of this January 11'th, they attempted to resend this with standard shipping, yet the second package still didn't arrive.Instead of upgrading the shipment to contain track and trace, I got reimbursed the price of the calander but not the shipment (February 14'th)...I confirmed the address multiple times, so no error on my part... Hence I paid 8$ for absolutely nothing...
