Second time I purchase at this shop and again the order got lost. Customer service does sent out replacement orders but it is just a shame that they do not consider having better shipping solutions that are traceable and stop cutting corners with cheap solutions at the expense of the environment - thinking they would want to reflect what they talk about in their videos.
