My son bought something as a gift for me and it was guaranteed delivery in time for the holidays but didn't arrive until after Christmas. I then made a puchase myself and while I did buy several items, there was an item I wanted not currently in stock (but not a limited edition) and it would have been great to order that at the same time and have it sent later. I never did buy that item as it wasn't worth my paying postage for just that one thing.On the plus side, everything we have had is lovely quality. I think a few small tweaks would improve the shopping experience.
