Delivery was a bit hit and miss. The Shop app they use to track deliveries didn't really track the order (at least not from my side) and the items just sort of randomly turned up and I was lucky enough to be in that day. One of the products seemed defective and a little bit of a dupe. I left a review more to inform other customers about the potential pitfall of the product alongside some very satisfied reviews of other products I'd received in the same order. A customer care agent called Ira reached out and was extremely prompt in his responses and very helpful, polite and informative. The resolution he provided was more than satisfactory and made me feel like a valued customer. That interaction alone made me confident enough to spend money with Kurzgesagt again.Not ideal, but if you run into issues and have customer care like that, anything can pretty much be fixed. The system they use may be a little wonky and broken, but employees like Ira work to rectify that and that does a great deal to rectify these things. 3 stars for Kurzgesagt, 5 stars for Ira, who also did nothing but praise the company and hope I shop with them again but maybe I am just a cynic so have to work on averages here and give the company overall 4 stars.
