I've ordered their yearly calendar and mugs several times. During my last order, one mug had some cosmetic damage on the inside that wouldn't wash off. I reached out to their support team with photos of the issue, and they responded within a day, sending me a brand new mug at no extra cost. I offered to return the damaged mug, but they told me I could keep it and use it despite the flaws if I chose to. Fantastic store and an excellent channel!
