Despite multiple messages, the company refuses to engage meaningfully and offers only hollow apologies. They block constructive feedback. This experience has alienated loyal customers. The artists deserve recognition, but the company needs to improve its treatment of customers.
The content has taken a turn towards overt activism, with every character pushing current social narratives. The moment the stories began to reflect this perspective was disheartening. Older editions are available elsewhere, as the new content feels uninspired.
The company released a limited edition of just 250 copies of a hardback book, which sold out almost immediately. Now, nearly a year later, it’s still listed on the website without any further details. This lack of information is frustrating and seems commercially unwise.
As a subscriber, I've purchased various physical and digital items over the years. The digital copies are DRM-free and available in multiple formats, allowing for flexible reading options. Physical items arrive promptly and safely. I've never had to contact customer service, as everything has always been satisfactory!
