I accept handle out of warranty no problem. Ordered handle after being told easy to do yourself with video. Handle arrived and easy to replace but still won't open. Sent pictures as spindle on old handle longer than the new one. Told that's not a problem as will still work!!! Well it doesn't so now have to pay for engineer to visit and hopefully fix!!
