I placed an order almost a week ago and it hasn’t been shipped yet. After asking for the status I was told one item was on the back order. How come I wasn’t informed of it right away? Also, when I asked to ship the second item asap, I was told it would be done, but 2 days later it hasn’t been shipped yet. I need these products ASAP, and I am very disappointed. Thinking of canceling my subscriptions and switching to a different company.
