Initially, the communication was promising, but it quickly deteriorated. There was a misspelling of my son's name on the back of the shirt. They provided a return bag for a free return, which was a positive. After returning the shirt, I received no updates until I was asked if I had sent it back—yes, that was done nearly 10 days ago! I informed them and provided proof of postage, yet I have received no further response. Overall, very disappointing.
