This was a gift for my granddaughter. The cage is large we got 2x3. I was a little taken aback at the construction of the cage but it seems relatively sturdy once all connected. The lid construction does not work as well as expected the round connectors keep popping off on the sides so the lid folds in the middle (my husband made some metal brackets to resolve this issue) I think if the connectors fitted like the sides of the cage where the metal wire clicks into the top of the connectors would be better idea than pushing into the sides of the connectors. I like the perspex front but wish you had brackets to connect each piece of perspex as they move a bit wobble from front to back.The liner is a great idea (I will purchase more so I have one in the wash and one in use) and the cage is easy to clean and the guinea pigs seem to like their new home. The guinea pigs really enjoy hiding out in their carrot snuggler.
