Item was in stock but not supplied. Contacted company when not shipped. Items were not in stock and were not able to be supplied for months but I was not notified. When requested a different colour cage to be sent this was not done and again I had to contact the company who assured me it had been shipped but when I asked for shipping notice the items had still not been shipped. The items were finally shipped after again contacting the company. You can not contact by phone and the email responses are slow. It took well over a month and many emails to actually get my items from the Gold Coast to Ipswich. I will not buy from this company again.
