My first time purchasing from Guina Pigs Australia. I understand that things sometimes arenāt in stock but it was shown on the website that there was stock of a base in the colour I was after to match the loft I was also ordering. They emailed me to advise me that my colour was out of stock and would have to change it. I ended up switching the colour and just having a mismatched loft and base, but I also received a different coloured ramp to the colour I ordered and now I have a tri-coloured cage setup which isnāt what I was going for. I had contacted customer service as Iād like to at least change the colour of the ramp so my cage is limited to two colours. I was told ramps were out of stock and they didnāt have the colour I ordered, so I was sent what was left without being informed. In the end, Iāve ended up with a tri-coloured cage instead of one colour. They offered for me to be placed on back order for ramps in November but Iām going away in early December and the shipping is slow. Iād assume I wouldāve had to pay for a second ramp too. I usually never write negative reviews, but considering how much I paid for a high quality cage that would be all matching colours and all the good Iāve heard from this site, I was hoping my experience would be as good as everyone elseās. Iām quite disappointed. I wonāt stop ordering from this company, but I donāt think Iāll be purchasing more corflute as I wanted everything to match, but the site doesnāt seem to reflect availability and communication is rather poor. Youād be better off making your own corflute components if youāre going to invest so much money into making your GP home look good.
