My experience with my first purchase and customer experience was great. The team is very accommodating and helped me solve my order issues quickly.However as a first time c&c cage builder, there was lack of direction to get me set up and started. There are no instructions with the building kit, and I had to search for videos on youtube to build the stand and cage altogether. There is also no instructions on how to build the corflute pieces, in particular the loft piece is very confusing. There are cut outs and folds in places that I don't understand the reason for. It took me three attempts to build the loft cage correctly, as there is no guide on which way it should be facing or position to be built into. I still don't know if I have built the loft and loft corflutes correctly.I also ordered the cage with clear panels however one of them has two deep scratches that I discovered after I peeled the protective film off. One side of the black railing piece of the ramp also keeps slipping down which blocks the entrance to enter the ramp to go up to the loft. It took me 4hrs to build this from scratch not having a single clue where to start. The assembly time could have been cut in half if there were clear instructions included.My pigs do love their new home but I realised it's difficult to clean the bottom level with the loft in the way, especially after securing everything with cable ties.I appreciated that I was sent extra cable ties and connectors though, it will be helpful in the future.
