I ordered from you guys then you guys didnāt sent me the second story which cost nearly 200 and this was a preorder and waited for a long time for it and it didnāt come for months when it was meant to be shipped months ago finally got here and didnāt have it which made he quite upset itās even though shipped now I have to wait longer and I really needed this when I weighted months for it. It caused my Guinea pig with cancer not to be able to experience it because she died days before made me very upset
