Received rabbit pellets rather than the guinea pig pellets I ordered.. I asked very politely that they ship the correct items express as I was running out of guinea pig pellets and have nowhere local to get them. The reply I got agreed and said all the right things, but then the correct order took days to ship and didn't arrive until two weeks later. During that time I received another email out of the blue asking me to return the items they had mistakenly sent. I would have preferred that their customer service be honest with me that they would be shipping it regular post so that I could have asked for a refund and looked elsewhere online.
