I never received my package. Hobby Lobby claims Fed Ex delivered package at my door on 4/16/2021. Not true at all. I was home all day Friday. It appears Hobby Lobby used two different shipping companies to deliver this same order. The one item sent by UPS was delivered with no problem. The other 9 items sent by Fed EX. I never received. Hobby Lobby Representative Loretta was so nasty and rude. Supervisor Janie was just as bad. They advised me that it was nothing they can do. They refused to file a claim on my behalf for the missing items. They advised me that I have to contact Fed Ex. I contacted Fed Ex. Fed Ex advised me that only HOBBY LOBBY can file a claim for missing merchandise. That is when I called HOBBY LOBBY Back and Janie, Supervisor at HOBBY LOBBY online orders clearly stated to me that FED EX will not investigate Lost Stolen claims and therefore HOBBY LOBBY will not file a claim. She also stated that there will be no refund or investigation. She really was acting as if I was committing some type of fraud. I called Fed EX customer service today to track my package and they refused to submit a Lost Stolen Claim and told me its nothing I can do other than call the merchant. I feel that the fed ex employee never delivered my package and kept my merchandise. I also feel that Hobby Lobby condones Fed Ex unethical behavior by not being receptive and willing to file a claim, investigate, recover, resolve, and replace merchandise. I feel this is also part of the reason Fed Ex employees are comfortable participating in such deceptive, unfair, and unethical practices. It appears that as a customer/consumer I cannot get a fair investigation and I feel Scammed. Hobby lobby refusal to file a claim proves how much they value Certain Customers. After doing some research I see I never had any business patronizing this company after its CEO made some unethical and disparaging remarks. It appears to me that Hobby Lobby and Fed Ex are in cahoots together. It appears that this type of behavior is a pattern for both companies.A lot of these companies are taking advantage of the pandemic and using it as an excuse for their unethical behavior. File complaints on these companies with your attorney general. My advice is only order from merchants that use reputable shipping companies such as UPS and that care about their customer satisfaction rather than condone unscrupulous and fraudulent behavior from contractors/vendors
