tbh I'm probably the person who shops at the local store the most and its great. they have sales that rotate every week and you can always get 40% off one item. I hope they level up their online shopping options and get free store pick up (or just free shipping to the store) like Joanns and Michales. Their shipping rates are VERY high for online orders (I run an online store and I know how much it actually costs to ship items, if Etsy sellers can offer free shipping on orders over $35 you'd think a chain retailer would too). Also they can't check if a specific item is in stock other than physically walking over to the isle (and it doesn't tell you online if its available in a certain store) that it is in so you just have to hope they have it in stock (they also can't check if other stores have an item so if its out of stock in one store you have to decide if its worth driving to another store where they also might not have it). Overall its a good store with a good selection but they need to update their technology. Also it sucks that its a christian store (bc if you're not going to respect my religion why should I respect yours) but its not like that's gonna change :/
