I have never experienced such poor customer service! I was at the store on Saturday, October 22nd and spent $183.70. After getting home and realizing I was charged full price rather than sale price for fall candles I had purchased, I returned today, Monday, October 24th for a price adjustment. Upon presenting the receipt, I was told they would not adjust the price without bringing the physical item back to prove I had purchased the item. I spoke with the manager and her supervisor. All I was asking for was the price adjustment on 2 candles purchased at $13.99. I was made to feel like they did not believe that I actually purchased the items that were ON MY RECEIPT. These were supposed to be 50% off for fall candles and I was charged full price. After being told I couldn’t prove if I purchased fall candles or candles from the candle department (which I was told were 50% off) they would not do the price adjustment because that was policy. After researching policies on both the receipt and website, this “policy” is stated no where. I have never heard of needing to an actual item to receive a price adjustment. So much for customer satisfaction!
