I had a horrible experience ordering online. I ordered a large wall decor that arrived defective. The nails along the bottom never went into the frame. It when through the art. They were sticking out and damage the art. Leaving pieces chipping off. it was dangerous to have around my kids . They immediately refunded me and sent me a return label. If you know Hobby lobby stuff is way over priced because they always have that 50% sale, which makes items the price they should be. Anyways, I wanted a replacement on the item so I don't have to wait for the sale again. But they ignored my email twice about getting a replacement instead. This item is so big that it doesn't fit in my car. That's why I ordered it offline and not purchased in the store. Apparently that is my problem not there's. They told me I had to take it to fedex. The FedEx building is 30 mins from my house. So I had to pack it up and have someone else bring it to FedEx for me since I can't get it into my car just for them to drive it 30 mins. All this for an item that should just be thrown away. I sent them pictures too. So now I have to wait for a sale online again and hope it comes in better condition. After I get my replacement I won't order from Hobby Lobby again. The customer service was horrible. I'm really disappointed.
