AWFUL. AVOID.I ordered on 24/10/2024 DRAM from their website and paid in full and moneys were taken (I had the receipts).It was not available (despite the website saying it was).When did not arrive by today (1-2 days delivery) I phoned the sales department and they told me first that it was discontinued, than that it was "on order"I asked for an immediate cancellation and refund. They agreed to do so.Selling something that cannot be delivered because you do not have it, without informing the buyer of the situation, let alone automatically refunding, is obviously illegal. I just hope it is due to incompetence and not a common practice of Kingston Technology.AVOID.
