I have a Harley Davidson 2003 100th Anniversary bike and one of the nuts and bolts on the wind shield was suddenly missing. I telephoned Newmarket Harley Davidson and spoke to Phil Coles in the Spares Department to get a new one. He went to so much trouble to determine which nut and bolt was required and to source it from another branch of theirs, just for a £3.95 part. The part arrived in a timely fashion. Great service, thanks Phil. Would highly recommend.
