I recently ordered the cup final topFor my son personalised, unfortunately after 2 washes the lettering on the back started to peel. I contacted customer services who gave me 3 options, I decided to return the top for a replacement. By this point only the winners tops were available but they were out of stock everywhere. Alex swiftly helped me out, informing me when the tops were back in stock and was generally a pleasure to deal with. It’s a breath of fresh air to have some help from someone who genuinely wants to help. Thanks so much Alex, your help has been very much appreciated and I now have a very happy 8 year old.
