I already knew Pimoroni makes some truly great kit, but I recently discovered how wonderful their customer service is as well.I placed an order not long ago, but soon after realized I needed to make a change. Unfortunately, the warehouse had already packed and shipped my original order. Compounding the issue, the shipment was over-seas which caused additional complications. Customer service responded lightning quick and moved mountains to get the original order clawed back from the courier and got the amended order shipped same day.
