Avoid ordering from this platform; they deliver your package without notifying you or knocking on your door. When I finally discovered it, the parcel had already been stolen from my doorstep. The service refuses to issue a refund, and I've had to involve my bank for a chargeback. They attempted to challenge it, but since the only proof of delivery is a photo of my doorstep, my bank has enough information to proceed. I was informed that this is happening to many customers who don’t receive their parcels; it seems like theft!
