I bought a software license about a year ago and have been using it without any problems. Last week, I got a new laptop and needed to move the software to my new device. Unfortunately, I discovered that the old key (provided last year) was no longer valid. I reached out to the support team for help, and within an hour, I received a response with a new key. That was a pleasant surprise.
