I ordered 2 pillows to assist my partner with his snoring and sleep apnoea issues. Unfortunately I had to cancel the order as he had already purchased similar pillows elsewhere. Despite customer services trying to persuade me to change my mind, after several emails and proof of purchase being sent to them, they refunded my payment in full immediately. I can only give my star rating based on customer service and not on quality of the product as I had cancelled it before despatch.
