Ordered x2 abti choking devices, asked to return how do I go about it as no paperwork or return labels ( person purchased them for had already bought some).I was told the label on the parcel not return address( that is why I contacted them in the first place.Then informed shipping cost would be too high so offered £5 refund and voucher for £30 . Why shipping cost if UK based?Anyway I looked then at reviews of the items and wish I had read them before. Company go on about trying to do right by the customer but I feel that this is not the case - I just want my money refunded not a voucher to have to purchase some cheap poorly made rubbish. Never will I purchase from them again
