There was no response.So I emailed them on the same day, March 10th at 6:38 pm. This is within the 24 hr window that they have mentioned in the cancellation policy. I followed what is given in their cancellation policy. The product I purchased is 8K and now they are refusing return.The customer care is handled by one person and now he is not even taking my call.
