Placed order on 16th July, wrote to them to cancel the order within 24 hrs (no reply to that received ever!); so called their office number. As per their refund policy, order should have been cancelled. They refused cancelation stating order has already been dispatched, all on 17th i.e. within 24 hrs of placing the order. Agreed for a deduction of 3% as was stated ion their policy. I was not angry with them until this moment.It was on Aug 7, 20 days later, that I started to get messages my order was ready, picked, a tracking number given; though yet to be delivered. Now I was angry and unhappy with their service.As per their policy, order could have been, should have been canceled easily.Now, I may still go ahead and place new order if needed and if no other option is found, but will consider it as 'no refunds' platform.
