Bought a neck fan at the beginning August delivery 19/8/24 when asked were it was got told damaged label returned back to them and sent out again didn’t arrive again was told problem with courier it finally arrived today 2/9/24 poor customer service thought about sending them back but thought what’s the point I’d probably never see my money back
