The cash withdrawals process has bugs, need to follow up with the customer service, meet all criteria, after 100day , but if not contact , cash withdraw still showed 0. It supposed to be 40 dollars. Need to follow up , which is time consuming and frustrating.I finally get it after a few emails follow up .
