BEWARE OF ORDERING! Terrible customer service. I ordered 12/6. See photo for proof. Its 12/23 no product. Shows the shipment (which only tracks thru the capriccio site no other sites, So may be fake tracking) shows sitting in one place Wood Dale IL for an entire week, 7 days today and they have done nothing to look into it. They keep copy and pasting the exact same email wording. And doing nothing about it. I even asked for who the shipping was thru so I could open a claim with shipping carrier proof is attached of that email and got the same copy and pasted email wording as before. DO NOT BUY I have proof off all the emails. update 12/30/25: Still no product. No customer service from Capriccio. They ignore. I even just asked them to replace and resend. And if they see the first one get delivered, send me a shipping label and ill mail one back. We will see. ill update.
