I encountered a promotion for a model aircraft and a bonus mystery aircraft. I paid over $80 for the F-22 model, but it was disappointingly small for the price. The mystery aircraft never showed up. I've reached out to customer service three times regarding a return and refund, but either they don't exist or they deliberately ignore customers to avoid refunds. This site feels like a scam, and I should have been more cautious after seeing a video on social media without verifying the company. I strongly recommend looking for a more trustworthy seller for model aircraft.
