I placed an order and received a tracking number on 11/24, but there have been no updates on it. I've reached out via email three times with no reply. Now, they send me an email asking for feedback on the product... I'm extremely frustrated. The tracking label never showed that it was picked up by a carrier, yet they updated my order status as if I had received it. No response to any of my inquiries.
