Received mine after Christmas (said it would arrive before). The console constantly crashes and, after much Reddit research, it turns out that the main SD Card's for the OS are cheap and prone to crashing. The only way to fix this is by purchasing a good quality SD Card and manually installing the OS onto that. Really not acceptable as I don't want to dish more money out for a product that is faulty in the first place.
Emailed multiple times for a refund or replacement, but its now 3 weeks into February and still had no reply.
The standard response of "email us your order number" is not acceptable as I have done this multiple times, using the details from your website and subsequent order emails. Please publish an email address that is monitored and responded to!
UPDATE
After following the advice from Game Labs stock response, I recieve a message saying:
